After paying out for food and vets bills many rescue centres simply do not have any budget left over for advertising and publicity - which are critical to help them re-home the pets in their care.

All rescue centres can now advertise themselves on the Burgess Online Rescue Locator. This enables visitors to our website who are looking for their nearest rescue centre to simply type in their postcode, type of pet, and preferred travelling distance. All the rescues that meet the specified criteria will then appear on Google Maps - even with driving directions!
