Burgess Pet Care are a family owned business with over 300 years history in milling and food production.

We have an extensive brand portfolio with a number of growth initiatives underway, we have recently completed a significant investment in our production site and enjoy strong links within the retailer and wholesaler trade.

We also feel the same way about the people who work with us - at every level, from warehouse staff or general assistants at the start of their careers, through to our most senior managers. We believe everyone should benefit from the best support and training we can provide, and aim to develop each to the best of their abilities and more!

Your training and development are a top priority for us.

Whether you're going into the warehouse, factory or our office you'll start off with an induction period, in which you'll be given an overview of the company and an introduction to what the training is all about.
