Golden Ticket Free Prize Giveaway - Terms & Conditions
• Open to UK and Ireland residents only, except employees of Burgess Pet Care, their agents, and
anyone connected with the promotion. Tickets received from outside the UK and Ireland will not
be accepted.
• If the first prize £2,000 winning ticket is claimed by a resident of Ireland, then the prize will be converted
from Sterling to Euros using the official exchange rate on the date of receipt of the winning ticket at
the address below.
• Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering, entrants
accept these terms and conditions.
• No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of postage is
not proof of delivery.
• There is one prize of £2,000, to be paid by cheque upon receipt of proof of winning ticket, and 10
prizes of Apple iPad 1 - 16GB worth approximately £360 each.
• Winners’ details will be obtainable from the 'Burgess Promotion' address after 01.06.12, on receipt of
an SAE.
• The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen
circumstances outside its reasonable control.

How to claim
If you find a winning ticket in your pack, send it along with your name, address and contact number via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to:

• Burgess Pet Care may wish to use the winners name in promotional activity at the end of the campaign.
