Pets and People

Hi, I'm Emma and I work in consumer care. A major part of my working day is talking to Burgess' consumers, answeing queries and listening to feedback, as well as administering our rescue scheme and sponsorship.

My job helps Burgess produce great pet food by listening to feedback on all of our products, so we can always strive to improve them.

I love working for Burgess because I speak to some great consumers and help them to look after their pet's welfare in the very best way.

My Pets are called Mia - Border collie, Jasmine - Border collie, Rigsby - Rabbit, Minstrel - Rabbit, I also have several rescued hens. (Betty, Marge, Daphne, Speedy, Tricky, Blondie, Zig, Zag and Ginger)

My Pets make me smile all the time, just watching them you can tell what they are thinking; the dog's need loads of exercise which keeps me fit!
